Coconut Palm Sugar comes from the nectar of the Coconut Tree. Don't confuse it with palm oil, there is no relation! It has a naturally low glycemic index and is mineral rich, including high levels of Potassium and Magnesium.
Directions
For a single serving: In a saucepan heat 1 cup (8oz) of your choice of milk, but be sure not to boil. (Vegan or Non-Vegan milk can be used. Coconut milk is also especially nice and rich!). Add 1 heaping tablespoon of NibMor Drinking Chocolate Powder to the milk and whisk until all the powder is dissolved. Enjoy!
