Recipe Contest Winner

We tried this one and it is a HOME RUN! Run, don't walk, to the nearest blender! (Courtesy of M. Strangio from Murrysville, PA)


Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup Soy Milk (or regular milk)
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 ripe banana
2 Tbls. Natural Peanut Butter
2 Tbls. Malt (such as Ovaltine)
2 Tbls. Crum Creek's Soy Protein
8 Ice cubes
A dash of Cinnamon (optional)

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender for blend on high for about 30 seconds.
Makes 2 large servings or 4 smaller servings.

Mandy shared with us that she uses this recipe a lot when she is training for triathlons and needs all the protein she can get.
