"Baked up a batch of the bran muffins this morning. I'm lactose intolerant, so I
can use my soy milk with great results. I make a "fake cream cheese" by throwing
a package of extra firm tofu in the Cuisinart, adding a heaping tbsp. of sugar-free orange
marmalade or apricot preserves, a packet of Equal, some cinnamon, nutmeg and a bit of
vanilla. Whiz it around until smooth, and divide into 1/3 c. portions. Super on that warm
bran muffin, and I've got my protein and healthy carbs! That's a small picture of dietary
restrictions . . . . . see why I love your muffins??"

"These days there is so much controversy
surrounding carbohydrates I was beginning to wonder
if one could enjoy a bowl of pasta without worrying
about the health consequences. Crum Creek pastas
put an end to the conflict. Because of its high
protein profile it digests like no other pasta
I have tried. It is light and nourishing and leaves
one feeling unusually satisfied. Crum Creek should
be a part of everyone's whole foods staples. It
is the pasta for our times and the future."
-- Susan, Bellmore, NY
"Thanks for your great products. Both my husband
and I love the penne but the biggest win was that
my 8 year old loved it. It feels good knowing he
is getting protein without eating meat and dairy."
-- M. Swinton, Dallas, Texas
"I have to admit, I was very skeptical about a
soy-based pasta. I have tried a few before and
didn't like them at all. Yours is so good, I can't
even tell the difference between the soy spaghetti
and regular pasta. And that's no small compliment,
coming from someone who was raised in an Italian
home!"
-- J. Titaglia, New York, NY
"In my job, I practically live in airports and
on the road. Healthy snacks to hold me over in
between meals are few and far between. I always
carry your breadsticks in my briefcase. They satisfy
my hunger while giving me soy protein, and they
aren't loaded with sugar and ingredients I can't
pronounce."
-- S. Toney, Chicago, IL
"Where have you guys been? Finally a pasta that's
lower in carbohydrates and high in protein that
doesn't taste like cardboard! I absolutely love
your pasta and I'm telling all my friends about
it. Keep up the good work!"
-- A. McGlinchey, Santa Monica, CA
"Your pasta is really, really good. Hard to believe
there is no "off-flavor." Usually I need to swamp
the noodles in cheese but no need with Crum Creek's
soy pasta. Thanks for making such a good product.
I'll be ordering more for sure."
-- J. Daniels, Lakeville, MA
"I love your breadsticks with a little cheese
for breakfast. What a unique way to get soy."
-- S. White, White Plains, NY
"Where have you been? I just recently saw you
in an article in Cooking Light and I am thrilled
to find you. Since having gastric bypass surgery
last December, my only problem has been taking
in enough protein. I am excited to find real food
with a high level of protein to help supplement
my intake. Please make yourself better known to
those of us who could use your help! I will be
ordering very soon."
-- L. Widen
"I am a diabetic and usually I'm not allowed to
eat pasta. My nutritionist told me about your products,
that the balance between protein and carbohydrates
doesn't spike my blood sugar. You do not know how
good it feels to be able to eat pasta again. Being
a diabetic and having to watch every single bite
that goes into my mouth can be very tiring. I love
your spaghetti and you've found a loyal customer
in me!"
-- D. Simone, Yardley, PA
"Hats off to Crum Creek for making such delicious
and heart-friendly products. My wife and I enjoy
your products every week."
-- P. Hunter, Montauk, NY
"Great taste and texture. That's usually unheard
of in "healthy" pasta. Great product, keep it going."
-- T. Burcia, Scottsdale, AZ
