What is the Crum Creek Affinity Points Program?
...............................................................................It's a feature of the Crum Creek website that rewards customers with points that can be redeemed for products in the future. It is available only to customers who make a purchase at crumcreek.com.
How do I know what I can redeem with my Affinity Points once I earn them?
...............................................................................Simply check your Affinity Points balance and you will see a grid displaying which items can be redeemed and their point values. You can also redeem them from the checkout page, so long as you have enough points. To check your balance, login here.
What do I have to do to earn Affinity Points?
...............................................................................Simply purchase any item on the Crum Creek website. Each product shows how many points you will earn before you choose to purchase it, and when you finalize your order, you will see how many points were earned with your order.
Can I use my Affinity Points immediately?
...............................................................................You earn points immediately with every purchase, but can redeem them only on your next purchase from the site. Of course, you can choose to save up your Affinity Points, which allows you to redeem them for more valuable products down the line as your total points add up.
How do I redeem Affinity Points?
...............................................................................Affinity Points are redeemed from the shopping cart. Once you are logged in, click "check out" and you will see a drop-down field that says "affinity points." Choose the item you would like to receive using your points, then click "update cart" and the item will be placed in your cart. You may also redeem products by clicking "My Account" from the top menu bar. This will show your point balance and a grid where you can see reward values. You may redeem your points by clicking "redeem now" next to the item you would like to receive. You will be sent to the checkout page to complete your order. Please remember, you must have enough points to redeem items. Also, shipping and handling is not included with free products.
How do I know how many points I have?

If I choose to only receive free products with my points, is shipping included?
...............................................................................Unfortunately, it is not. Depending on the size of the order, a shipping charge will be added based on the standard value of the products. For example, if you redeem your points for 4 packs (1 case) of Crum Creek's Soy Protein Powder, the regular value of the order would be $36.00. Therefore, you would pay $6.50 for shipping. So the product would be free wi
