Order Processing
- Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (not including weekends). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are shipped the following Monday.
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
- Customers will be notified of any backorders, and will have the opportunity to cancel their orders if they do not wish to wait. (Most backorders average less than one week.)
- A credit card is never charged until the order is shipped.

For orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states, freight will be charged according to the schedule that appears below (UPS Ground Service). Shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories
We will gladly ship your order to a Post Office Box, APO/FPO or a US Territory using the United States Postal Service, however additional charges might apply, depending on the weight and destination of your order. Because prices may vary widely, please call us toll-free, 1-888-607-3500 and we would be happy to calculate your shipping charge using the United States Postal Service.

All orders will be shipped and delivered on business days, Monday through Friday except for holidays.
Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Crum Creek Mills online purchase, simply return the unused portion of your product and we will be happy to credit your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping and handling charges on your original order. Although not necessary, if you are returning product, please let us know why you are returning it so we may make improvements.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-888-607-3500. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
